Eligible non-custom items may be considered for return if:
Approved returns may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit, at our discretion, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If we confirm the issue, we may offer a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and your legal rights.
For oversized, heavy, or furniture items, we may deduct reasonable pickup, redelivery, handling, or restocking costs from any approved refund where permitted by law.
Original shipping, delivery, white-glove, assembly, and handling charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.
If a cancellation is accepted, any non-recoverable third-party charges, special-order costs, or processing fees already incurred may be deducted where permitted by law.
